Service Description

Crawlspace inspection report (CIR) offers an evaluation of your crawlspace along with filmed images documented during the inspection. This report can be helpful when selling/buying property, home-owners insurance, or personal reference. A separate estimate will be provided with a crawlspace inspection report ($250 plus tax for up to 1400 sq ft). PLEASE NOTE: All Crawlspace Inspections are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued once a crawlspace inspection has been performed and/or reasonable efforts have been made to perform an inspection on the subject property. VISUAL INSPECTION: We will perform a visual inspection and prepare written report of apparent condition of the crawlspace. All real estate transactions must pay the inspection fee in advance to receive both the report and estimate. Any obstructions will not be removed. If crawlspace is inaccessible, flooded, hazardous, or considered dangerous, no inspection will be performed. NO THIRD-PARTY is allowed to refer or use said report.
