Crawlspace Inspection Assessment

Service Description

A crawlspace inspection is available to evaluate the existing conditions in your crawlspace in order to provide you with our professional recommendations (if any). All recommendations will be provided in a separate itemized estimate for your review. Estimates expire thirty (30) days of receipt. No crawlspace inspection report is included with said crawlspace inspection service. Should you opt to obtain a complete crawlspace inspection report, please see Crawlspace Inspection Report starting at $250 (plus tax) for up to 1400 sq ft. (Crawlspace Inspection Fee starts at $175 plus tax for up to 1400 sq ft). PLEASE NOTE: All Crawlspace Inspections are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued once a crawlspace inspection has been performed and/or reasonable efforts have been made to perform an inspection on the subject property. VISUAL INSPECTION: We will perform a visual inspection and prepare a written report of the apparent condition of the crawlspace. All real estate transactions must pay the inspection fee in advance to receive both the report and estimate. Any obstructions will not be removed. If the crawlspace is inaccessible, flooded, hazardous, or considered dangerous, no inspection will be performed. NO THIRD-PARTY is allowed to refer or use any documentation, including estimate provided by the company.
